Mr. Kraut was educated at Harvard Law School and then worked for over 14 years for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. For part of his time in the DA’s Office, Mr. Kraut was assigned to the Los Angeles Courthouse. He knows to the judges and prosecutors well and knows how to attack the prosecution’s case. Skills Summary:

Michael Kraut was educated at Harvard Law School and case Western Reserve School of Law after completing his under graduate degree at Cornell University. He then worked for a large national law firm on insurance defense cases until he became a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney. As a prosecutor, Mr. Kraut developed a reputation as a top notch trial attorney. Over a 14 year period he attained a success rate of 99% in jury trials. He then left the DA's Office and opened the Kraut Law Group.

Employment History:

Established in 2008 - Prior to opening the criminal defense firm of the Kraut Law Group, Mr. Kraut worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office as a senior trial prosecutor. He specialized in complex litigation matters including DUIs, drug cases, violent crimes and homicides.
