Traci Sutton customizes each session to fit the needs of the individual client. She offers two types of sessions: Craniosacral therapy and massage therapy or Craniosacral therapy and counseling. Her approach is intuitive and uses deep listening skills. She believes that true healing is a partnership and is transformational on the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of the self. In the Craniosacral/Massage Therapy sessions, she draws on various additional modalities including Lomi Lomi, Thai, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Sports, and Pregnancy when applicable. In the Craniosacral/Counseling sessions, she creates a sacred space to help clients identify core issues and limiting/false beliefs. This allows clients to begin healing, to live authentically, and to realize their true potential. . In addition to private sessions, Traci is available for hospital and assisted living visits for both patients and their families.

Skills Summary:

Even as a child, my mother selected me to work on her "bad back." She often said that I had strong, healling hands. Fast forward many years, I was a pre-medicine student and always interested in the mind/body connection. To continue my education, I received my Master's in Social Work instead of pursuing medical school. After years in the field and then working in business, I came back to the healing and helping field where I belong.
My life's work and passion is to help others heal and transform. I find few other professions that work so effectively on the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. I get great fulfillment out of connecting with clients, helping them feel better, and facilitating the healing process.
