One Yoga offers a wide variety of yoga for beginning and experienced yoga students. Challenge yourself with a heated power class, relax with restorative or gentle yoga, or go deep in a hatha or kundalini yoga class. All three yoga rooms have big windows overlooking a park. Skills Summary: Karey and her husband, Matt own ONE Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. After working for more than a decade as a Denver software Executive, Karey cast off her ties to conventional life and embarked upon a yogic journey. She became a yoga teacher and entrepreneur. First she bought and operated Inner Waves Organic Clothing for Yogis. Then she expanded and bought ONE Yoga DTC. "Our studio is a way to express our deep love and apprection for a holistic lifestyle, our community and our love for yoga," she said. "It is more than a studio. Employment History: Established in 2012 - The Denver market is rich with yoga studios: power yoga studios equipped with shower facilities and independent boutique studios rich with traditionally trained instructors. However, the market was lacking a place that combined the two - a calm-inducing, spa-like facility, with showers, in a great location like the Denver Tech Center, that provided both Power Yoga and Traditional Yoga.
