Hi, I’m Karin. I was born in London and first moved to New Orleans in 1992 at the tender age of 15. It was quite an adventure! I studied visual art at N.O.C.C.Where I first found my love for ceramics, under the instruction of the wonderful Ms. Campbell. I returned to London where I continued my studies at Chelsea College of Art before gaining a degree in Ceramics at Camberwell College of Art, both part of University of the Arts London. I’m really excited about opening The London Clayworks and sharing the beautiful space with other potters and enthusiasts. No matter what your skill level there is plenty to do and learn at the studio!
