SUPPORT:

Ads are handled upon artwork and content delivery. If you require help with ordering or have any questions during your campaign, please reach out to our support team.

Service Center Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm PT, excluding major U.S. holidays.

PAYMENT:

All our online transactions are processed through Stripe, a platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not collect or have access to our users’ credit or debit card information. Please note that this is a one-time payment. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email receipt. Furthermore, upon approval of the advertisement, an approval email will be sent to your registered email address.
