My work in event planning and artist relations encompasses the coordination of travel, lodging, food and beverage, transportation, guest list maintenance, dressing room requirements, and day-of-show logistics for musicians and their crew. Generally, I manage these details for upwards of sixty acts over two or three consecutive days while simultaneously managing volunteers and on-site artist relations staff, as well as communicating with various department heads and festival producers in order to execute a seamless event.
